CLIFFORD Welding Systems

After a long and successful cooperation the management of CLIFFORD Welding Systems (Pty) Ltd., Pietermaritzburg/South Africa, has bought back company CLIFFORD from IDEAL-Werk C.+ E. Jungeblodt GmbH + Co. KG, Lippstadt/Germany. Thus both companies are separated now by means of a management buy out.

Significant reason for the sale of CLIFFORD was to focus the activities on each core business. The subdivision of the business segments was fixed by mutual agreement and remains in almost the same manner as before. Our customers will be in touch with the same and well know contact persons as before.

IDEAL and CLIFFORD are convinced to have reached a mutually beneficial arrangement.
