Technical data - LAS series

IDEAL laser band-joining machines are available in the following series:

  • LAS 200 for discontinuous lines, strip thickness 0.4 mm to 3 mm
  • LAS 300 for continuous lines, strip thickness 0.4 mm to 3 mm
  • LAS 500 for continuous lines, strip thickness 1.5 mm to 6.5 mm

 

All series are available in the following widths:

1600 mm - 1800 mm - 2000 mm - 2200 mm

 

Laser output: 2000 W to 8000 W depending upon the thickness of the strip and required cycle time.

 

The following ancillary equipment can be optionally supplied:

  • Band centering as C-frame or 4 point centering
  • Seam detection hole produced by laser or by punching
  • Balancing of different strip width by cutting with the laser or conventionelly by notcher
  • Flattening device
  • Annealing device
  • Loop table
  • Pinch roller
