Automatic production lines for gratings/grills

The automatic production lines for pressure welded gratings (VPS 1027 or GW 10/12) was developed in order to flexible the standard mesh production. The machine will supply gratings to the manufacturer as well produce individual consignments with different grating dimensions without the need for manual set up such as cutting, trimming and without rejects. The min. batch volume can be 1 piece in an automatic mode.

 

The production line is designed for:

- the manufacture of gratings without changeover for

• any support bar separation in the basic grid
• various spacing / pitch
  
• any grating height
• any support bar thickness

 

- the manufacture of gratings without (manual) set up time

• any grating width
• any grating length, with and without edge rod

 

- Optimal production due to

• Minimal change-over times during product changes
• simple correction possible for changing raw material qualities
• simple operation by operator control
• Low energy costs due to D.C. current welding
• the automatic control of all process parameters
