Our mesh welding machines are designed for manufacturing the basic mesh for wire products of all types, such as for example refrigerator shelves, wire baskets, shelves and display units, cages or shop equipment.

We supply DC mesh welding machines for especially demanding articles such as mesh for supermarket trolleys/carts or shelving floors made of flat steel and wire. IDEAL mesh welding machines produce mesh in superior quality and flatness.

Can be supplied as the well-known A.C. current model - type GA0 500 or as D.C. model with single phase direct current - type GAE 500 or in three phase direct current - type GAD 500.

The machines are set up in a modular system: The driving force is produced by SIEMENS servo-motors, the program control by PC with user guidance. The machines are extremely flexible and versatile in order to ensure a quick changeover time in a highly changing production environment. Therefore, the machines are equally suitable for large scale manufacture as well as for medium and even small-sized batches.
