Our IDEAL type GA mesh welding machines are divided into several categories.

For various applications, we supply machines. The power some of the welding machines may be different adapted to the product. We supply alternating current machines - AC-current sources - and depending upon the intended use also single or three phase DC current. We like to use medium frequency welding technology for special demands in order to reduce the welding splatter or burr.

Unfortunately this is not the place to show an extensive data sheet of our mesh welding machines. It's simply because of the versatility of IDEAL machines. However, we do look forward to answering any enquiries.

The wide variety of machine types is because the IDEAL-Werk company exist since 1923 and you can easily understand why we have such a large product range. Therefore, in the case of an enquiry, we kindly ask you to answer the following questions:

1.       Which products do you manufacture?

2.       Can you send us drawings of your products?

3.       Which measurements are used in the manufacture (minimum and maximum dimensions)?

4.       Which material must be welded?

5.       What is the rate of production required? Please give details of the production volume per shift or per day.

6.       What level of automatisation are you looking for ? Do you wish information about a fully automatic line or are you looking for a manual/semi-automatic solution?
