We are pleased to offer welding machines with various automatisation and versatile modules. Next to the classical wire working industry our machines are able to work with the big variety of wire such as: black, hot or cold rod wire, stainless or inox qualities, copper brass and alloys qualities as well as special profiled wire. The definition of wire and profile is not aways easy to describe but with your input we will find the right solution. We are happy to support you.
Flexible and versatile mesh welding machines - IDEAL type GA
Our mesh welding machines are designed for manufacturing the basic mesh for wire products of all types, such as refrigerator shelves, wire baskets, shelves and display units, cages or shop equipment products as well as P.O.S. systems.
We supply DC or MF mesh welding machines for especially demanding articles such as trapezoidal mesh for supermarket trolleys/carts or shelving floors and racks made of flat steel and wire. IDEAL mesh machines produce mesh in superior quality and flatness.
Automatic production line for wire; IDEAL - type FSD
As well as mesh welding machines IDEAL supplies fully automatic resistance welding machines for the economical manufacture of wire products.

Pneumatic butt welders - IDEAL type DSP
Pneumatic butt welding machines for fast welding sequence - high hourly output when manufacturing rings, frames, moulded /pressed parts and other articles made of round and shaped wire.
T-butt welding machine - IDEAL type DST
Used for producing butt welds in line and T-welding – easy to change over the electrodes for each different type of welding job – clamping device for quick insertion freely accessible from above – worktop has adjustable limit stops and T-electrodes for welding of struts in frames etc.
Spot and projection welding machine, Versaweld CSR series
Components made of wire are most economique in jigs using automatic NC spot or projection welding machines with precise positioning.
IDEAL supplies NC welding centres, which enable the complete welding of such articles in one setting or as an automated process. We supply linear tables or turn tables for loading the jigs. This ensures the simultaneous welding of an article and the loading un loading of other products.
