Technical data - DTR series

  • For the in-series separation of steel ropes from 1.5 to 8.0 mm in diameter
  • Separating movement via pneumatic cylinder
  • Automatic cutting procedure
  • Jaw distance, cutting force and current path can be steplessly adjusted

Technical data - DTD series

    • Equipped with twisting device for cutting off the cable using resistance heating and torsion
    • A clamping device with bearings for a torsion angle of 360°
    • Pneumatic drive for rotary motion
    • Tensioning of cable in half liners/shells adapted to suit the cable diameter and clamping dies
    • Complete pneumatic and electric installation for twisting device and automatic operation
    • Cutting using pneumatic cylinder with steplessly adjustable cutting force
