The cable industry uses our strand welders to enable the continuous operation of coating lines.
The weld takes place protected by glass, ceramic or graphite welding sleeves. Many different sizes of machines are available.

... for hot rolled wire - type DDS

This dual force welding technology offers extremely high welding quality for large non-ferrous as well as heavy steel wire. The two phases of the weld include low initial pressure and very high upset pressure and produce the homogeneous weld joint required for this application. These machines are also available with automatic deburring device.
