The demands on coil joining
increase permanently:

Weld seams must not show an excessive thickness |

Welding seams must resist all following processes, such as
rolling out and deep-drawing |

High-quality materials of high
strength or high silicium fraction have to be processed |

Coated materials have to be joined |
 |
Different materials and sheet thicknesses have to
be joined |
All these requirements can be solved with an IDEAL Transversal Seam
Welding Machine.
A perfect weld groove is one condition for a good laser weld seam
Thus: seam preparation of the strip ends which have to be welded by
laser cutting.

About IDEAL
