More InformationCSR Coordinate Welding Machine Overview
The iDEAL CSR 102 VersaWeld™ CNC Jig Welding Machine combines exceptional versatility with user-friendly operation.
Operators load wire and/or sheet metal components into dedicated fixtures mounted on a manually rotating indexing table. After loading, the machine performs precise programmed welding operations.
While welding takes place on one side of the table, the opposite side can be loaded or unloaded, maximizing machine utilization and minimizing idle time.
Both table stations are independently programmable, allowing rapid product changeovers through intuitive programming and dedicated fixture sets.
To accommodate different product geometries, iDEAL offers a wide range of table configurations, loading systems, and customized fixture solutions. Every product holding fixture is specifically designed to match the customer’s application, creating a welding solution optimized for the product, welding process, and production workflow.
NC-controlled X, Y, and Z axes provide programmable positioning with high precision, enabling repeatable weld quality and reliable manufacturing of complex three-dimensional wire and sheet metal products.

Customer requirements continue to evolve. That’s why every CSR CNC Jig Welding Machine is built on a modular platform that can be expanded as production needs change.
A comprehensive selection of table designs, loading devices, automation modules, and accessories allows each machine to be configured for specific manufacturing processes while maintaining the flexibility to support future applications.
Additional upgrades can be implemented long after installation, ensuring the equipment remains capable of producing new product variants and adapting to changing production requirements.
This modular philosophy protects your investment while extending machine life. In addition to software enhancements, iDEAL also offers electrical cabinet upgrades and electronic component modernization programs to keep CSR CNC Jig Welding Machines technologically current for years to come.
